Healing Words

Words can change your world, internally and externally. How we use it and what we use change the way we look at life and how we live it. It can change your thinking, your behavior and your reaction to the world as well as the reaction of the world to you.

The choice of words is important, so learn how to choose the rights words for your inner and outer thinking and to create the life you want, find happiness and your purpose in life.

As your personal coach, I will help you to find your inner voice and change your negative voice, emotion and beliefs to a more positive one which will reflect on your behavior and your communication with yourself and the world.

My methods are based on positive psychology, neuroscience, mindfulness, NLP and mBraining. With these to help you establish balance in your life and work, we will work on activating what you really want in life. Following which, you will learn how to create strategies and plans of action to execute your goals, through learning methods that guide you to find the solutions that are best for you.

These are some of the questions we will use to assess you:

  • What are your priorities?
  • What are your values?
  • What gives you meaning and purpose in life?
  • What does happiness mean to you?

What you want to achieve at the end of the training:

  • How to reach your peak.
  • The use of language.
  • Happiness, pleasure, engagement, meaning, and purpose.
  • How your thinking effects your physiology.
